Leila Roker and Sylvain Gricourt’s Transatlantic Wedding

Leila Roker, daughter of Al Roker and Deborah Roberts, married Sylvain Gricourt in a two-part transatlantic celebration. They met at a Paris bar in January 2018 and got engaged in Venice during Carnevale in February 2025. The couple held a civil ceremony at the 17th arrondissement mairie in Paris on May 9, followed by a church ceremony at Église Saint-Odile and a garden reception at Le Manoir de Gressy. Their American wedding took place at Pendry Natirar in New Jersey on May 23, officiated by Reverend Brenda Husson, with a performance by Denyce Graves. Leila wore an Amsale Mirai gown in France and a custom Mark Ingram princess gown in the U.S., plus Amsale’s Kismet gown for her second look. She wore her mother’s pearl Cartier earrings as something borrowed and a pearl bracelet from her father as something old. The groom wore Hugo Boss in the U.S. and a custom Samson suit in Paris. The couple’s first dance was to Nat King Cole’s “L.O.V.E.”
