This 8.4-acre oceanfront estate features a massive 16,300-square-foot home with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus five half-baths. Ellison bought it in 2021 for $80 million from Gabe Hoffman, who had acquired it for $17.5 million in 2012. After an earlier attempt to sell it for $145 million fell through, this new listing by K2 Realty’s Paul Kaneb and James Kenny hints at redevelopment opportunities. In addition, Ellison owns a $173 million estate in Manalapan and several properties in Boynton Beach worth nearly $10 million, along with significant assets in Hawaii, California, Rhode Island, Kyoto, and London.
