Kyiv Biennial 2025 Explores Solidarity and Conflict in Distributed European Exhibitions
The sixth Kyiv Biennial, titled 'Near East, Far West,' opened in October 2025 with exhibitions across Europe. Curated by Nav Haq, Associate Director of M HKA, the main presentation is at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, while M HKA hosts a complementary show called 'Homelands and Hinterlands' in Antwerp. Organized by L'Internationale, the biennial examines Western responses to conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza, questioning notions of solidarity.
