Konel Introduces Translucent Pulse Pack Wearable Bag at Milan Design Week 2026

During Milan Design Week 2026, the creative company Konel unveiled a prototype of a translucent wearable bag called Pulse Pack. This self-calming device measures the wearer's heartbeat in real time and responds with physical vibrations at half the detected frequency. The technology is based on the physiological principle of entrainment, where external rhythmic stimuli can influence the body's internal rhythms. By providing a slower, steadier pulse than the user's current heart rate, the device aims to help reduce stress and promote calmness. The haptic feedback is delivered against the spine and shoulder blades, areas Konel considers less intrusive than traditional wearable locations like wrists or fingertips. An integrated sensor within the bag's structure monitors heart rate without requiring separate devices, operating passively once worn. Konel frames this approach as 'Good Singularity,' positioning technology as a tool for balance rather than distraction. The prototype will be available for public testing at Via Palermo 11 in Milan from April 20 to 26, 2026. Konel previously developed the ZZZN puffer jacket, another innovative wearable product.
