Koller's September Auctions Present Old Masters and Historic Texts

Brueghel departs from his usual style with larger figures, drawing viewers into the lively scene. His brother, Jan Brueghel the Elder, is represented by an oil on copper dated 1606, depicting travellers pausing on their way to market (lot 3025, estimate CHF 350,000/500,000).
