Kiko Castello Branco and Lucas Cunha Complete JL Residence in Bragança Paulista
Architects Kiko Castello Branco and Lucas Cunha have completed the JL Residence in 2025, a 926-square-meter house in Bragança Paulista, São Paulo. The design features two separate volumes linked by a singular metal framework, emphasizing structural lightness and transparency. Situated on a sloped corner lot, the residence prioritizes integration with the surrounding landscape and expansive views. The project team included Júlia Brückmann and Ana Paula Gomes, with general construction handled by Epson Engenharia. Landscape design was provided by André Paoliello, while Mauricio Caberlon served as structural engineer. Manufacturers such as Arkos - Arkowood E Line, Eliane, Ornare, and Terra Cor supplied materials for the build.
