The leadership of the KHM Museums Association is confronting serious accusations of workplace misconduct. Veronika Sandbichler, director of Schloss Ambras, reported on Austrian television program 'Zeit im Bild 2' that she experienced verbal mistreatment severe enough to reduce her to tears during meetings. According to her attorney Martin Maxl, approximately 20 incidents involving conflicts with museum staff have occurred since Jonathan Fine assumed the role of general director. The KHM Museums Association has formally denied these allegations.
