Ketabi Bourdet Gallery Expands to Pantin, Launches Maze Design Basel

Founded in 2020 by Charlotte Ketabi-Lebard, Ketabi Bourdet has swiftly evolved from a mobile venture into one of Paris's most ambitious emerging galleries. Having outgrown its initial location in Saint-Germain-des-Près, the gallery is set to launch a second venue in Pantin, France, an area known for its cultural growth. Additionally, it has established Maze Design Basel, now recognized as Basel's leading design fair. Ketabi-Lebard, who previously served as sales director at Galerie Nathalie Obadia, initially opened the gallery, then called Ketabi Projects, with a solo exhibition by painter Inès Longevial at the Grands Serres de Pantin, drawing 10,000 visitors in two weeks. Following a mid-2021 exhibition for French artist Idir Davaine, she welcomed her second child and, unable to work from home, collaborated with her friend Paul Bourdet, which led to their partnership. The gallery now actively engages in major international art fairs.
