Keith House Founding Director Janelle Montgomery Retires, Search for Replacement Begins

Janelle Montgomery, the inaugural director of Keith House in Fort Worth, has announced her retirement. Montgomery was hired in 2022 as the first employee of the nonprofit venue, which features James Turrell's 'Come to Good' Skyspace installation that opened to the public in 2025. The Meta Alice Keith Bratten Foundation established Entrada of Texas in 2018 to develop and operate Keith House. Adelaide Bratten Leavens, foundation president, praised Montgomery's essential role in realizing the project and establishing it as a community space. Keith House will now seek a new director, with Montgomery offering support during the transition.
