Julian Wachner Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography and Cocaine Possession

Julian Wachner, who previously held the position of music director at Trinity Wall Street, has admitted guilt to five charges related to the possession of child sexual abuse material and one charge for cocaine possession. As part of a plea deal, other charges have been dismissed, and he could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 27, 2026. Arrested in 2025 in Indianapolis on child pornography allegations, Wachner worked as a fourth-grade teacher in 2024 after passing a background check. He was let go from Trinity Wall Street in 2022 following sexual assault allegations from a Juilliard employee. Reports indicate he used cryptocurrency numerous times to buy child pornography.
