Julia Peres.Co Arquitetura redesigns CB Apartment with material-focused spatial reorganization

Julia Peres.Co Arquitetura has completed the CB Apartment project, an interior design intervention focused on spatial reorganization. The project, led by architect Julia Peres, transforms construction issues into design opportunities by exploring relationships between matter, light, and shadow. Key materials include metalwork for visual continuity, terrazzo for contrasting surfaces, and fabrics, bricks, and glass to integrate with the built environment. The 136-square-meter apartment, set for completion in 2026, features photography by Estúdio Peixes. The project team includes João Puntoni, with project management by Damato Projetos, and uses products from manufacturer Grani Torre. Curated by Susanna Moreira, the design shifts spatial perception throughout the day.
