Joseph Joseph Launches UltraClean Mop with Patented Water-Separation System

architecture-design · 2026-04-10

Joseph Joseph, a homeware brand established in 2003 by twin brothers Antony and Richard Joseph in London, has launched the UltraClean floor-cleaning system. This innovative mop and bucket are designed to keep clean and dirty water separate during cleaning. It incorporates a patented SprayClean mechanism that automatically cleans the microfibre pad upon returning it to the bucket, utilizing a built-in scraper blade to eliminate dirt and six nozzles to dispense fresh water. The system, developed over four years, features a 1.4-litre clean-water reservoir that can cover up to 70 square meters. The mop's rotating head allows for maneuverability in tight spaces and lies flat for cleaning under furniture. Additionally, it includes a machine-washable pad and is part of the CleanTech range for various home surfaces. The product launch was highlighted in a video on Dezeen as partnership content.
