Jorja Smith Announces Third Album What Are The Odds, Produced by P2J
Jorja Smith will release her third album, What Are The Odds, on 21 August. The 12-track album is produced by P2J and features Wizkid, spanning garage, funk, soul, and blues. Smith describes it as being about her relationships with herself, friends, family, and places. The album was conceived in 2023 while working on the track Little Things but was actualized in just seven months, starting in September 2025 and submitted in April 2026. Smith rose to fame in 2016 with her self-recorded single Blue Lights on SoundCloud, leading to features on Drake's More Life and its tour. She releases music under her own independent label, Famm, which represents artists including Eni, Demay, Michelle, Kanika, Shivani, Brick Nasty, and Maverick Sabre. In 2021, she moved from London back to Walsall to escape industry pressures. Smith identifies as a Gemini and says she is still figuring out life in the public eye.
