James C. Stevens Appointed Dean of University of Arkansas Fay Jones School
Effective August 15, James C. Stevens will take over as dean of the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design at the University of Arkansas. Currently the director at Clemson University’s Richard A. McMahan School of Architecture, a position he has held since 2020, Stevens has previously served as the chair of architecture at Lawrence Technological University. He earned a Ph.D. in architecture from the University of Ferrara, alongside advanced and undergraduate degrees from North Carolina State University and Savannah College of Art and Design, respectively. Outgoing dean Peter MacKeith concludes his term on June 30.
