Israeli Strikes Kill 11 in Lebanon as Israel Announces Security Buffer Zone

Earlier on Sunday, the Lebanese army reported a soldier killed by Israeli fire in southern Lebanon. The previous day, Israel issued evacuation warnings for Lebanon's Masnaa border crossing with Syria, alleging Hezbollah's military use of the facility.
