On Tuesday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Iran possesses the necessary will to conclude the ongoing war with the United States and Israel. He emphasized, however, that Tehran requires assurances that hostilities would not resume. This declaration followed a day of significant military strikes against Iran and came after the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a stern warning. The Guards threatened retaliation against major U.S. technology corporations, including Google, Meta, and Apple, beginning Wednesday, should additional Iranian officials be killed in targeted assassinations. They accused 18 companies, such as Intel, Tesla, and Palantir, of involvement in prior killings and warned of proportional responses. The conflict was initiated on February 28 by U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, resulting in the death of Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and triggering a series of retaliatory actions across the Middle East.
