iOS 26 Lets AirPods Control iPhone Camera Remotely
Apple has unveiled a new Camera Remote function in its iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 operating systems, allowing users to capture images and videos using their AirPods. Initially reported by 9to5Mac, this feature is compatible with AirPods 4, AirPods Pro generations 2 and 3, and AirPods Max 2. Users can control the camera by pressing the stem of the AirPods or the Digital Crown on AirPods Max.
