Indya Moore discusses new Jarmusch film, activism, and career journey in candid interview

Indya Moore delivers a soulful performance in Jim Jarmusch's 2026 film Father Mother Sister Brother, playing Skye opposite Luka Sabbat's Billy in a vignette about siblings reconnecting after parental death. The Bronx-born actor channels personal grief into the role while advocating for Palestine during filming in early 2024, receiving support from Jarmusch and Sabbat. Moore broke through in 2018's Pose as Angel Vasquez-Evangelista, appearing alongside Michaela Jaé Rodriguez after being encouraged by Jose Gutierez Xtravaganza.
