Il Ponte Casa d’Aste Announces June-July Auctions: Old Masters, Design, Oriental Art

From June 24 to July 3, 2025, Il Ponte Casa d’Aste will conduct a series of auctions showcasing art from the 19th and 20th centuries, including paintings, sculptures, decorative arts, as well as Islamic, Indian, and Oriental pieces. Kicking off on June 24, the first auction features Grand Tour views of Rome by Antonietta Brandeis, Thomas Dessoulavy, and Michelangelo Pacetti (lot 41, €18,000–20,000), alongside two works by Giovanni Boldini (lot 129, €20,000–25,000; lot 130, €20,000–25,000). The subsequent auction on June 25–26 will highlight Ico Parisi's console table (lot 114, €9,000–10,000) and Gae Aulenti’s folding chairs (lot 163, €1,700–2,000). The final event on July 2–3 will present 233 lots of Islamic, Indian, and Oriental art, featuring a Kashan carpet (lot 68, €4,500–5,000) and a Qajar tile panel (lot 72, €15,000–20,000).
