ICA LA Announces Fall 2026 Exhibitions Featuring Carl Cheng, Amia Yokoyama, and Zoe Walsh

The fall 2026 exhibition season at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (ICA LA) has been unveiled, showcasing solo displays by Amia Yokoyama and Carl Cheng, along with a newly commissioned mural from Zoe Walsh. All three artists are based in Los Angeles, and the season delves into the evolving connections between nature, technology, and interpersonal relationships. Highlighting the season is "Carl Cheng: Nature Never Loses," which serves as the first comprehensive retrospective of Cheng's 60-year career. This exhibition has previously been shown at venues including The Contemporary Austin, the Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania, Bonnefanten in Maastricht, and Museum Tinguely in Basel, concluding its global tour at ICA LA, where Cheng has spent most of his professional life.
