HCCH Studio Unveils Circular Viewing Pavilion on Mount Luofu in China
Architecture firm HCCH Studio has completed a ring-shaped observation structure called Resting Loop with Views on Mount Luofu in Huizhou, China. The pavilion features a 16-meter diameter circular upper level with oval openings framing mountain vistas, supported by three concrete volumes housing a cafe, restrooms, and storage. Designed as a viewpoint and rest stop for cyclists, the exterior uses bamboo-textured concrete cast from local materials, contrasting with a smooth interior.
