Haderlump Spring 2027 Collection Shown at Hotel Adlon

Haderlump creative director Johann Ehrhardt presented his spring 2027 collection, titled Atrium, at Berlin's historic Hotel Adlon near Brandenburg Gate. The collection draws on Ehrhardt's past as a hotel waiter, exploring themes of service, hierarchy, and intimacy. It features late 19th/early 20th century silhouettes—waisted, corseted, flowing, tailored—updated with a cool urban energy. Hotel references include room key motifs, cutlery-like metal fastenings, apron panels over wide pants, and architectural façade lines. A standout piece is a strapless bias-draped faded denim dress, inspired by a guest wrapping in a hotel towel after being locked out. Ehrhardt continues using quotidian dead-stock fabrics (denim, leather, cotton) for dramatic floor-sweeping looks. Other pieces include a patched black leather jacket over distressed jeans, a double-breasted great coat with pressed creases, and a corset-laced long dress evoking a governess who frequents Berghain. The collection balances theme with craftsmanship, aiming to tell stories through each look.
