Nestled in the Saadiyat Cultural District, this museum will complement the existing cultural sites, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Zayed National Museum. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, the structure spans 80,000 square meters and features architecturally distinct sculptural cones arranged around a central atrium for efficient climate control. The museum will showcase 30 galleries focused on modern and contemporary art from the 1960s onward, with an emphasis on local influences, promoting cultural dialogue.
