Grzywinski+Pons Designs 31-Story Kaye Residences in Seattle's Belltown
The Kaye building, a 31-story residential tower located in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, has been designed by Grzywinski+Pons. This development will consist of 324 apartments and is expected to be finished in 2026. The architects were responsible for both the overall design and interior details, including a significant portion of the furnishings, for their client, Skanska. Amenities will feature hospitality-quality spaces on the ground, seventh, and thirty-second floors, alongside a co-working area on the mezzanine and commercial space at street level. Matthew Grzywinski and Amador Pons led the design team, with landscape architecture by GGLO and structural engineering from KPFF. Electrical engineering was managed by IMEG, and Perkins Eastman also contributed. The project covers 35,117 square meters and includes products from brands like Cassina, Flos, B&B Italia, Luceplan, McKinstry, Pure, and Freeform, curated by Susanna Moreira.
