Godox Releases Affordable Daylight LED Monolight for Content Creators

publication · 2026-03-31

Godox has launched the Litemons LE200D Daylight LED Monolight, a new lighting fixture priced at $190. Designed for video production, live streaming, and studio photography, this 220W COB LED light operates at a fixed 5600K color temperature. It delivers high output with 63,500 lux at 3.3 feet using the included reflector, alongside strong color performance metrics of CRI 96 and TLCI 97. The device features smooth dimming from 0 to 100 percent, an all-metal body with integrated power supply and active cooling, and adjustable fan modes including a silent option. Control options include onboard controls with a rear display, Bluetooth via the Godox Light app, wired DMX, and support for CRMX with an optional TimoLink RX. Notable features include NFC one-tap pairing for smartphone connectivity, a Bluetooth reset button for multi-light setups, and seven built-in lighting effects. The fixture uses a Bowens S mount, compatible with various modifiers such as softboxes and lanterns. Compared to bi-color models like the LE200Bi, which costs around $250, the LE200D offers higher raw output and cost savings by focusing solely on daylight balance, making it suitable for controlled environments like studios. It is available in black or white through Godox authorized dealers and major photography and video equipment retailers.
