Godox C100: Screenless Camera with Transparent Display

Godox has introduced the C100, a compact camera that replaces the traditional display with a transparent window for composition. Weighing just 65 grams, the camera features an active display showing exposure information, frame lines, and battery life, unlike the static window on Escura's earlier model shown at CP+ in Yokohama. The C100 supports multiple aspect ratios (6:9, 4:3, 3:2, 1:1) and connects via USB-C for charging and data transfer. It uses microSD cards up to 128GB and has a battery life of about 1.5 hours of continuous video. Godox has not disclosed sensor details or image resolution, but sample photos suggest low resolution. Priced at ¥199 (about $29), the camera is expected to reach a wider audience due to Godox's larger market presence.
