Glasstire Opens Search for Editor-in-Chief with $60K–$70K Salary
Glasstire, the oldest online-only art magazine in the U.S., is hiring a full-time Editor-in-Chief. The role oversees all content for the Texas-focused publication, managing a statewide network of over 100 writers and a small editorial team. The Editor-in-Chief will set editorial vision, commission and edit articles, produce biweekly features, co-host the Art Dirt podcast, and assist with fundraising. Candidates must be based in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas-Fort Worth; remote work is possible outside Houston. The position reports to the Publisher and offers a salary range of $60,000–$70,000.
