Glasgow Arts Organizations Face Rent Dispute at Trongate 103 Building

Seven nonprofit arts groups in Glasgow are confronting a significant rent increase at Trongate 103, a converted warehouse arts space. City Property, the municipal management entity, notified tenants in late February that rents would quadruple, requiring agreement to new five-year leases by mid-March or facing eviction.
