GAM Turin Acquires Three Works by Vincenzo Agnetti

The GAM – Galleria Civica d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Torino, is enhancing its collection with three significant works by noted Italian conceptual artist Vincenzo Agnetti, who lived from 1926 to 1981. These pieces, produced between 1969 and 1970, were purchased with backing from the Ministero della Cultura's plan, Strategia Fotografia 2026. They are part of the 'Oltre il linguaggio' series, including the unique 'Macchina drogata,' a modified calculator for creating linguistic sequences. This initiative ties into the 'Vincenzo Agnetti. Oggi è un secolo' exhibition, and his works will be showcased until November 1, 2026, accompanied by a catalog release in the fall.
