The group, whose full name is Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiyya, posted a video on social media on March 23 that specifically identified the bank's offices in Paris's 8th district as a target, while also threatening Jewish communities and interests across France and Europe. Authorities emphasized that while evidence points to HAYI's involvement, this connection has not been officially confirmed at the current stage of the investigation. The group, previously unknown, has recently claimed responsibility for a series of attacks on American, Israeli, and Jewish targets in various European countries.
