Fredric Jameson's influential book 'Postmodernism, or The Cultural Logic of Late Capitalism' has been published in Italian by Piccola Biblioteca Einaudi Ns in 2026. This edition marks 35 years since the work first appeared through Duke University Press in 1991. The volume includes an introductory essay originally presented in 1984 in New Left Review, with arguments tracing back to a notable 1982 lecture at the Whitney Museum in New York. Jameson, who taught at Duke University from 1985 until his death in 2024, was a key figure in the institution's Literature program. The Italian translation was completed by Massimiliano Manganelli, with a preface by Daniele Giglioli.
