Frederico Bicalho Arquitetura Designs Casa GM in Condomínio Serra dos Manacás

Frederico Bicalho Arquitetura has completed Casa GM, a 600 m² residential project in Condomínio Serra dos Manacás. The house was designed with a longitudinal layout to maximize mountain views while ensuring privacy from neighboring developments. Photography for the project was handled by Jomar Bragança, with Susanna Moreira serving as curator. Construction materials and products were supplied by Alutec, Deca, Docol, Interpam, Olga Movelaria, Portobello, Salva, and Stone Raja. The architectural design responds to the site's pronounced topography. Project completion is scheduled for 2025.
