Fran Silvestre Arquitectos Completes Cano House with Elevated Living Space in Alicante

Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has completed the Cano House, a residential project in Alicante, Spain. The dwelling is organized into three functional zones—night, day, and sports—centered around a raised living volume that appears to hover. The design integrates the structure with the landscape, featuring an open day area that extends toward exterior terraces and a pool. The house is positioned to optimize natural light and ventilation, with bedrooms facing east for morning sun. Interior materials include oak for warmth within a minimalist aesthetic.
