The foundation criticizes the unauthorized use of an image from Pascali's 1968 piece 'Cinque bachi da setola e un bozzolo' and raises concerns about the tight timeline linked to the Salone del Mobile, a 5% royalty rate deemed inadequate, and the exclusion of the foundation from the process. It has called for suspending the procedures and removing the images, emphasizing the need for proper artistic and legal respect in such collaborations.
