FMSchool 2026: Two Exhibitions on Water in Chianciano Terme and Colle di Val d'Elsa
The FMSchool residency for emerging artists and curators was organized by Fondazione Musei Senesi, with financial backing from the EU and Regione Toscana through the Programma Regionale Toscana FSE+ 2021-2027. Running from February to August 2026, the program, overseen by curators Chiara Vacirca and Gabriele Tosi, provided 800 hours of training across seven areas in the Province of Siena. This initiative culminated in two exhibitions: 'Acqua che cura' in Chianciano Terme, curated by Szonja Szurop, and 'Acqua che lavora' in Colle di Val d'Elsa, curated by Bianca Marsella. Both exhibitions, showcasing various artists, will delve into the themes of water's healing and functional qualities, set to open in 2026.
