Flutist Zofia Neugebauer Releases Debut Album 'Il Vento Non Scritto' Featuring Mozart Concertos

Zofia Neugebauer, a flutist, is set to unveil her first album titled 'Il Vento Non Scritto' in mid-April 2026. This album will showcase Mozart's two flute concertos alongside her own electronically-inspired pieces. Neugebauer will collaborate with the Folkwang Kammerorchester Essen, conducted by Johannes Klumpp. Born in 1994 in Wodzisław Śląski, Poland, she has served as the principal flutist for both the Lucerne and Basel Symphony Orchestras and pursued her studies in Basel. In 2018, she became part of the Mozart-Gesellschaft Dortmund scholarship program. The album adheres to historically informed performance practices, featuring Mozart's Flute Concerto No. 1 in G major, KV 313, and Flute Concerto No. 2 in D major, KV 314, and will be released by Berlin Classics, EAN 885470044798.
