Feu! Chatterton Marks 15 Years with Fourth Album 'Labyrinthe' and a More Optimistic Sound

Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the French rock group Feu! Chatterton, which originated in 2011, has launched its fourth album titled 'Labyrinthe'. While touring across France, band members Sébastien Wolf and Arthur Teboul shared insights about their growth and commitment to social issues during an interview with RFI. Wolf described this period as an 'age of reason', embracing the uncertainties of their career, while Teboul pointed to their politically motivated lyrics as a reflection of the anxieties associated with living in a transitional era. The new album presents a more hopeful and straightforward tone, showcasing their aim for both simplicity and sophistication. Despite facing challenges in its creation, the tour is now a source of 'pure joy', addressing topics such as ecology, gender, and antiracism.
