Felipe Hess Arquitetos Completes Jacarezinho II House in São Paulo
Brazilian firm Felipe Hess Arquitetos has completed the Jacarezinho II House on a 1,000-square-meter corner lot. The design prioritizes the garden by pushing the construction to one side, freeing 60% of the site for a continuous green space that preserves existing trees. The house occupies only 40% of the footprint, with all rooms oriented toward the outdoor area. The project team includes Felipe Hess, João Paulo Carrascoza, Débora Boniatti, and Julia Vilanova, with interiors by Manuela Siffert. Photographs were taken by Fran Parente. The house was completed in 2025.
