Euthea Residence by Ateno Architecture Studio Completed in 2024
Ateno Architecture Studio has completed the Euthea Residence, a 400 m² house in 2024. The project was led by Elias Theodorakis and Yiorgos Fiorentinos, with a design team from the studio. Spiros Giotakis served as the architecture office, while Stavros Theodorakis handled structural engineering and Ioannis Mavrokefalos managed MEP. Angelos Kourtis oversaw project management, and My Ionian Group - George Vasileiou acted as general contractor. Photographs were taken by Triantafyllos Xanthopoulos.
