Originally scheduled to close earlier, the show was extended by five weeks through Easter Monday due to sustained public interest that began when it opened on October 10 of the previous year. This comprehensive survey, organized as the first major museum retrospective following Olaf's sudden death two years prior, served as a tribute to his career. Alongside his well-known photographic series, the exhibition presented rarely seen early journalistic photographs, videos, and sculptures.
