Emerige Opens New Art Center Le Large on Île Seguin

The Emerige group has finalized the Pointe des Arts project located on Île Seguin in Boulogne-Billancourt, which includes the art center Le Large, crafted by RCR Arquitectes and CALQ. Spanning 10,000 square meters, the facility boasts three exhibition areas and a gallery that reaches 14 meters in height. Under the direction of Paula Aisemberg, Le Large will welcome visitors under 26 for free. President Laurent Dumas, with the backing of Mayor Pierre-Christophe Baguet, seeks to attract those less engaged with culture. The center plans to feature artists from France, utilizing works from both Dumas's and the Emerige collections. The first exhibition, "Moteur imaginaire," is set to debut in autumn 2026, showcasing pieces from the Renault collection alongside new commissions. Additionally, the larger development will include a cinema, a sculpture park, and a hotel, aiming for two million visitors each year.
