Emerald Holding Appoints Vincenzo DiMaggio as Chief Accounting Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in accounting leadership, DiMaggio previously held the position of SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Stagwell Global. His career also includes significant roles at Endeavor, Viacom Inc., and The New York Times Company. As a CPA specializing in SEC reporting and SOX compliance, he will manage accounting functions and public financial disclosures at Emerald. CFO David Doft highlighted DiMaggio's skills as crucial for optimizing Emerald's portfolio, while DiMaggio plans to enhance financial goals through automation and technology in the company's focus on B2B events, trade shows, and conferences.
