El Barco's Xian Tiles Channel Terracotta Warriors
Spanish tile producer El Barco has unveiled its latest innovation, the Xian collection, inspired by the ancient Terracotta Warriors of China's first emperor. This collection introduces cotto tiles available in three earthy tones: Xian Tierra, Xian Siena, and Xian Arena. Alongside these, decorative styles named Han, Ming, and Tao merge Eastern and Western aesthetics. The tiles are offered in two sizes, 200 x 200 mm and 75 x 300 mm, suitable for both walls and floors, including a notable two-by-two block design. El Barco, a member of the Tile of Spain association, promotes these tiles as enduring and authentic.
