Edouard Kopp to Lead Cornell's Johnson Museum
Effective November 1, Edouard Kopp will assume the role of Director at Cornell University’s Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, succeeding Jessica Levin. Kopp, who previously served as chief curator at the Menil Drawing Institute in Houston for seven years, has extensive experience handling exhibitions and educational initiatives related to artworks spanning from the 16th century to contemporary pieces. He has also worked at the Harvard Art Museums and The J. Paul Getty Museum. Cornell's Provost, Kavita Bala, commended Kopp’s vision for university museums and his commitment to enhancing accessibility to art for the academic community.
