Drew Hopper's outback photography series 'West of Somewhere East'

Photographer Drew Hopper's series 'West of Somewhere East' captures scenes from outback New South Wales, Australia, including Broken Hill, White Cliffs, Lightning Ridge, and Wee Waa. The project began after COVID-19 interrupted his honeymoon plans, leading him and his wife to drive west with no agenda. Hopper describes the work as capturing the quiet, ordinary, and strangely beautiful aspects of rural Australia.
