Donato Nitti inaugurates The Wall Edit at AMZ Spazio with poetry reading and artwork raffle
Florentine artist and author Donato Nitti will present his work at AMZ Spazio on Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 PM. The event marks the launch of THE WALL EDIT, a new format curated by Alexandra Marie and Sandra Miranda Pattin that invites artists to transform a wall into a site of expression. Nitti's selected pieces for this project represent layered accumulations of thought and imagery, blending self-portraiture with contemporary portraiture while allowing the past to surface and dissolve. His artistic practice traverses diverse techniques and territories, intertwining physical, philosophical, and poetic dimensions. During the event, two poems from Nitti's collection "Where the sky ends," published by Gradiva Publications, will be read by radio speaker Simone Ursi and the artist himself. Following the poetry reading, a raffle will be held for an artwork donated specifically for the occasion. Raffle tickets cost €10 and can be purchased online or at the event. The Wall Edit project emerges from a long-standing collaboration and positions itself at the liminal spaces between art and fashion. The event takes place at Borgo la Croce 17R in Florence.
