Dezeen Awards Showcases Nine European Houses Reinterpreting Local Architecture
Dezeen has highlighted nine residential projects from Europe that have been nominated for its awards, aiming to motivate submissions for the 2026 Dezeen Awards Regional Showcases. Among the distinguished projects are Nina's House in London, designed by Nina+Co and ROAR Architects, which emphasizes energy efficiency; a minimalist concrete residence by Invisible Studio in Corfu; Caochan na Creige in Scotland, created by Izat Arundell; a cantilevered shipping container by Patrick Bradley Architects in Northern Ireland; Felsenburg in Switzerland by Sara Gelibter Architecte; North Sea East Wood in Cromer, Norfolk, by Hayhurst & Co; Vejrhøj in Denmark by Studio Marshall Blecher; Rinskopf in Ghent, Belgium; and The Old Byre on the Isle of Wight by Gianni Botsford Architects. Submissions must be received by 23:59 London time on 27 May 2026, in collaboration with Trimble.
