Designit Creates Brand Identity for Menomadin Foundation's Social Impact Work

institutional · 2026-04-01

Designit, a design consultancy, developed the branding and visual identity for the Menomadin Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on social impact. The project was documented in a case study published on October 27, 2020. The foundation employs a blended approach combining strategic philanthropy, impact investments, and cross-sector partnerships to address poverty and inequality. Designit conducted field research in Luanda, Africa, where Menomadin works to provide education and resources for women and youth to achieve financial independence. Through co-creation workshops, the team helped define the foundation's core terminology and messaging for different audiences. The resulting visual identity includes a clean, symmetrical logo that reflects Menomadin's three-pronged approach, along with a natural color palette used on their website and print materials. The branding aims to convey the foundation's mission of empowering communities through sustainable efforts aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
