Deadly Strikes Continue as Ukrainian Leader Visits Turkey for Diplomatic Discussions

Ukrainian air defense systems intercepted 260 of 286 drones launched by Russian forces overnight, according to a military statement. Regional authorities confirmed five civilian deaths in Nikopol, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where three women and two men perished and nineteen others sustained injuries. The conflict originated in February 2022 when Russian military forces initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine under President Vladimir Putin's orders.
