DB Arquitetos Designs Rural Residence in São Paulo Interior for Family

DB Arquitetos, led by architect David Bastos, has completed a country house in Monte Mor, approximately 100 kilometers from São Paulo near Campinas. The 922-square-meter residence was constructed on a 3,177-square-meter plot for a couple in their mid-40s to 50s with three children. The design emphasizes freedom, connection to nature, and hospitality. The project involved multiple specialists including landscape architect Monica Lauretti and various engineering consultants. Construction was managed by AC Engenharia, with photography by Fran Parente.
